We absolutely love living here!! We fell in love with the modern look and cleanliness of the apartments but we also like the location, the quick response from maintenance and the trash valet. Only downside is guest parking is on the street but we haven’t really had a problem with it.

So far my experience with Mill Point has been great! Rent is easy to pay on the app, trash valet service is super convenient, and they always communicate with tenants. My only complaint is that the wifi isn’t the greatest.

I've had a great experience with Mill Point. Sami F, Emily H and Tyler have been great! Anything needed it was a easy to fix, and easy to pay rent. The maintenance team has also been good to us and helped when something is needing to be repaired. So far it's been great and I would recommend anyone to live here!

Living at Mill point has been wonderful! The applying process was easy and quick all the leasing agents are helpful and kind, and are always able to answer questions/concerns. The apartments are spacious and modern, maintenance is also always very helpful and always do a great job in taking care of your needs!
