This is our second time living at Mill point apartments. In the years in-between they have made improvements with parking and maintenance. The staff is amazing, they are so kind and timely in helping with issues. After applying they were able to get accepted and moved in within 48 hrs! If you are in a rush timewise and in need of a place to call home id recommend these apartments. My only complaint is the walls easily scuff and do require frequent cleaning and extra precautions as far as furniture but outside of that it has been great.

Overall my experience has been quite good! The management is responsive and respectful, the apartments are well located and maintained, and the cost is competitive for what you get. I love how close it is to the highway as well as a few solid go-to's for restaurants. I do wish the AC unit wasn't so loud (it sounds like a small thing, but it affects more than you would think when you can't hear others in the living room; it also can be hard for people like me who deal with overstimulation). But honestly, across the board it's a good place to live.

I have to say we were pleasantly surprised at how much we love it here at Mill Point! We have a corner apartment on the 3rd floor, and the views of the mountains are stunning! Our apartment has beautiful countertops and the apartment has a modern feel. Plenty of cabinet space as well as storage. Did I mention theres a storage closet in the hallway right next to the entry door? That really helps a lot when you’re a person who likes to change out decor for every season or holiday during the year like me. The walk-in closet in the bedroom is pretty spacious as well. The property has a seasonal pool and a year round outdoor hot tub. Theres a gym with plenty of space and equipment. Theres even a doggie wash room here!!! Oh, and by the way, you don’t even have to carry your trash very far. Just sit it outside of your door on the correct day and time, and a valet comes to take it out for you! Plenty of perks for sure. As far as my interactions with staff here at the property, it’s been pretty positive. Everyone has been friendly towards us. If we have needed anything repaired or had questions, they are right on top of it. Mel and Emily in the leasing office have been wonderful! I do have to point out that whenever or where ever Mel sees us on the property, she always extends a smile and a hello to us. She even greets us by our names. Pretty impressive considering all of the residents that live on this expansive property!

We recently moved into Mill Point Apartments. Our space is open floor plan and although it is a bit smaller than what we are used to, it is still big enough to be comfy. The counters are upgraded and modern. Plenty of cabinet space,and the additional storage is a plus! We have a balcony that faces the mountains, and the view is simply stunning. The grounds are well kept and manicured. Theres an ample playground, as well as an outdoor pool, hot tub, exercise room, and a lounge for residents.The staff are all friendly, and on top of any concerns or repairs that may need attention. Mel is a stand out in the leasing office. She always takes the time to say hello using our names or ask how we’re doing, no matter if she sees us in the office or on the grounds somewhere.

As a returned missionary having lived in 7 or so different apartments recently, this is a good apartment. All of the plumbing (shower baths, toilets, sinks) is new and not corroded. Electricity all works. Everything is in good condition and has plenty of space for a two bedroom apartment.

I’ve loved our place! Apartments look clean and modern for a pretty good price and maintenance has been pretty responsive. Been a great location close to I-15 making commutes to work easy. Only thing is it can be a bit buggy being so close to Utah Lake but that’s most of Vineyard anyways.

Very beautiful apartments! I love the open floorplan& high ceilings. The people at the front desk are very friendly & helpful! I would definitely recommend this apartment complex!! For some reason it won't let me submit another review, so I'll just add it here. Kyle has been so helpful! Anytime I put a service request in he's there within 12hours to help fix the problem. We moved to Millpoint from California in 09/2020. The leasing office was great in the beginning and then had some issues. Since the issues the staff has changed and the customer service is back. The office is always doing things to get the community involved and we are always looking forward in participating. Millpoint may not be our forever home but it is a nice stepping stone.

Management is amazing! Recently Moved in and it was a breeze in and out! common areas are taken care of and it smells good (It really matters) I like being so close to the freeway yet not being able to hear anything while sleeping! Great location & great service! Kyle in maintenance has been amazing and has already helped with so much around the new apartment! Vynessa in Leasing was very good at explaining what exactly we could expect at the new apartment! All in all could not be more thrilled to be out of the last apartment!

Great place to live. The inside of the apartments have been great, nothing falling off or anything and we’ve lived here for 8 months. Occasionally the trash for the dog waste stations have been overflowing with poop bags, but usually it only lasts a day or two. Other than that, we haven’t had many problems.

I've lived at Mill Point for about a month and a half now, and I've honestly had a great experience. It can be kind of scary to read reviews, but I have no complaints and plenty of compliments for Mill Point. The leasing process was smooth and I was very impressed when I came to take a tour. Vynessa (my leasing agent) was so helpful, even when I had a silly small question about rent for my first month. Parking has been good - I only have one car, but my brother comes to visit once a week and I let him use my uncovered parking pass. He's usually able to find a spot pretty close to my building, and he's never been unable to find a spot in the parking lot. Maintenance has been great - I had a small problem with my washer and they came and fixed it the next day. I would definitely recommend Mill Point!

My friend and I just moved into a two-bedroom apartment and the size is great. You could easily have 3-5 people live inside and be comfortable. The rooms are big and the closet size is huge. Feels pretty community-based lots of people hang out at the pool.

Family friendly! I would recommend these apartments to any and all my friends or family! We are new to Utah and we have been made to feel so at home here! Our neighbors are kind and all the children play together. Clean pool and gym area that are never too busy. We are more than happy here at Millpoint! The customer service is also 5 star, we had once been not able to find a package and they kindly helped me track down what was missing. We are always made to feel like a priority which makes living here so easy!

We love this place! It was so hard finding somewhere that would accept pets so when we found this place we were thrilled! Melanie helped us through out the whole leasing process and was very patient and kind. Once we started settling in day to day life kicked in with all the crazy. Sami was so kind helping us figure out all the small stuff like paying rent while answering all my questions. She definitely helped us out more than she will know. Vanessa in the office has always been very kind as well every time we've stopped in or passed by and I look forward to getting to know them all here at Mill Point. All smiles so far!

I helped my daughter move into her Mill Point apartment. I have owned several homes in 3 different states and here are a few things I noticed from my viewpoint: 1. Rules are established for a reason. Parking is limited so follow the pass rules; post the pass as directed so the tow driver can see it hanging—he checks to see if the pass matches the parking stall number. 2. Melanie, at the leasing office, is very friendly and helpful. She will answer your questions and do all she can to help you. 3. Pet owners are generally responsible and cordial people. If you hear incessant barking, they would appreciate a positive note on their door since their pet is experiencing separation anxiety. The leasing office staff can’t leave their desk and post a note for you; be more neighborly and helpful to those who live in the same building as you. 4. Also, most newer apartment complexes do not allow the handing of “stuff” from the balcony and all over your front door; it looks sloppy, tacky, and drives responsible and perspective tenants away. If you aren’t fined for it by Mill Point, consider yourself lucky. 5. Expect standard appliances and take care of them. If you want stainless steel, buy your own condo or expect to rent in a higher price category. 6. The perimeter of the property that Mill Point stands is kept neat and clean as was the move in condition of the apartment I moved my daughter into. Kudos to the staff!

We have lived in 2 other apartment complexes and a townhouse that was under 2 different management companies and we have had HORRIBLE experiences. MILL point has truly been our saving grace. Every company is of course a business who needs to be able to rub there business but even so Mill Point - Sammi and the rest of the leasing office have been amazing, straight forward and extremely transparent. No hidden anything which we so appreciate. Overall our experience has been awesome and we suggest you move here too!

I have lived at Mill Point for a little over a year now and I have to say I love it! The maintenance and leasing agents are amazing and have always taken any concerns I've had seriously. My garbage disposal broke and they sent someone immediately to fix it, which I was so surprised at the quick response because most apartment complexes take days to get things done. The appliances are great and I've never really had any issues. This is the best place in Orem/Vineyard to live if you are looking for a nice modern apartment with big rooms and lower rent for the area. Would definitely recommend living here to anyone that is apartment hunting!

We move into a new single bedroom apartment in June 2020. The apartment looks nice with good flooring, paint color, high ceiling, good lighting and open space, but some of the appliances are pretty cheap. The stove is a coil stove, the sink doesn't have a hose, the dishwasher only sanitizes dishes so we have to completely rinse our dishes off, the light fixture in the bathroom is impossible to keep aligned, the shower is poorly designed since it allows water to sit at the cracks and brown stuff builds up in there so I have to clean in there with a toothbrush every once in a while. We wish the island allowed bar seating but the island doesn't come out enough to sit comfortably. Also, they put in the island crooked. It's off by an inch. Noticed it a few weeks after moving in. The insulation in this place is amazing. We have never had to turn on the heat this winter (keep at 65). It does get a bit hot in the summer and it's hard to keep it cool. Management and maintenance are really nice and helpful. Management had awesome events in the summer that gave out free shaved ice, caricature drawings, and fresh produce. 5 stars for them. 3 stars for the owners of the place. We have asked about bike racks since moving in (last June, now March) and we get the same response: "The owners are working on it." How hard is it to put in a bike rack? You're not allowed to store bikes on the patio so we have to put our bikes outside in our parking spot which is annoying because we can't get into the passenger side of our car anymore. We also feel bad for the neighbors in the spot next to us that have to deal with it. Speaking of parking.. it is a huge hassle to have guests park somewhere. We give them our guest pass but we have to meet them outside and they are lucky to get a spot close by. Then we have to get the pass back when they leave. It is very inconvenient. Poor planning on the ownership (not enough spots). We had our car towed but we technically didn't have our pass in our car at the time (forgot to get it back from our guest). That really sucked. Also, they put in new apartment buildings that are much nice than the previous ones since they grass areas in between them. There is a decent walkway, little park, and they just put in a little sport court but it's heavily used. The little gym is nice but opens at 10 am which is weird because most people like working out before they head out to work. Not a bad place to live, but needs some work. Also, you should know that this place was built on a remediation site for Geneva Steel. There used to be a tar cooling pond where these new apartment buildings are... There was a weird smell in October 2020 from cleanup. They had to stop because of complaints.

My husband and I have lived here for almost 5 months now and we genuinely love it! We love the improvements the complex is making everyday, like the new basketball court And the dog park that’s coming! We love how pet friendly this complex is for our little guy. It’s in a great location, nestled at the end of a row of apartments. Being as it’s the last complex, behind us is very quiet. It’s a quiet area with a great staff and great maintenance team. The gym is small, but is perfect with everything you need. I’d highly recommend Mill Point to anyone looking for a great, quiet, pet-friendly place to live!

This place is great! It's really nice to live in a new place and the appliances all work great. There is plenty of storage space and I love having indoor hallways that always smell so good! We're in a 1 bedroom and it still feels super spacious for apartment living. My only concerns are how difficult parking is. We have a close assigned spot which is nice because we only have one car, but it's almost impossible to have guests as there are almost never open uncovered spots. The AC/heater is also SO loud which is annoying. But overall, we love living here!

I thought I was high maintenance, but after reading the reviews from other tenants you would think a bunch of uptight Queens & Kings lived here. I do love the open floor plan of the apartment, extra storage space & what lacks in pantry DEFINITELY makes up for in cabinet space. The staff, Amanda & Samantha, has been more than friendly and very helpful in any request I call in. I will have to say that the walls & floor are very thin. I do hear upstairs neighbors when they walk & whenever my next door neighbor plays music. I do love having trash valet, however I think pricing on it is a bit high, especially since I live alone and only put my trash out at least once a week. Yes, parking can be a nightmare. But all the apartments here in Vineyard have horrible parking. My guests haven't had issues getting towed on 400 N. because they follow the rules of contacting the towing company for a temporary permit. I've enjoyed all the cute activities Mill Point has thrown for the tenants. These 10 months of living here have been great!

This complex’s management has been phenomenal in keeping us in the loop and providing updates where possible.
