What are the lease terms?

6-12 Months

What does it cost to move in?

This depends on credit - please complete an application to go through the approval process, and the team will be happy to get you a formal move in quote. 

Are utilities included in the cost?

Utilities are billed separately from the rent.

What's your pet policy?

Pets are not allowed.

What is your guest policy?

We do allow guests, please see the office for additional information. Guests will need to park in specific locations at the community. 

Do you require apartment Renters Insurance?

Yes, this is required. Please contact the leasing office for further details.

How do I pay the rent?

Please visit amc.goprisma.com/common/register to pay online, or visit the leasing office for more information. 

How are repairs taken care of, especially in an emergency?

Please visit amcrentpay.com to submit a maintenance request. If after hours or an emergency, call the leasing office & follow the prompts.

Is there public transportation nearby?

The area is rapidly expanding and will have Trax locations near the property in the future.

What is the parking situation?

Permits are required - see the leasing office if additional details are needed. 

Is there a penalty for breaking my lease?
