We absolutely love living here!! We fell in love with the modern look and cleanliness of the apartments but we also like the location, the quick response from maintenance and the trash valet. Only downside is guest parking is on the street but we havenât really had a problem with it.

My husband and I have loved living in Millpoint apartments so far! We have lived here for almost a year (8 months), and we honestly have no complaints. The apartments are clean, modern, safe, and a nice price for what we have. We have appreciated the swiftness of the maintenance workers and the kindness of the staff. We love our neighbors and love the growing area around our complex.

So much better than our last place. Maintenance is always on point and willing to come out and fix broken things, the office staff is super nice and willing to answer questions. The pool is kept clean everyday. So far this is the best place to be living.
